Sales Engineer - District Manager for Data & Fixed line solutions

Within the Business Sales Department I'm working in the North West area (Milan, Bergamo

and Brescia) with several Vodafone partners (Sales Agency) for a total of around hundred

salesmen.

My main focus is allowing all the structures to sell in the right way our Fixed & mobile

Convergence and Smartwoking solution. Moreover I'm in charge to:

- check and address the sales results in order to get the gross target of the area (Data &

fixed line solutions).

- increase the salesmen that are able to sell our Convergence solutions.

- Training and Sales strategies definition in order to increase the sales results.

- Technical pre sales support for the complex solutions & big customers.

The services portfolio that I’m in charge to promote to my structures is: Fixed Line solutions

with Mobile convergence, 4G and mobile connections, Device Manger and Microsoft office

365 for collaboration.

Technical Consultant at Vodafone Global – VAS services

I’m working as consultant for Vodafone Global in the messaging area (MMS platform, with

NSN and Acision systems). The department where I'm working is operation and

maintenance, so my main duties are both support of the global MMS platform (second and

third level) and the daily activity on the live environment for keep update the whole system.

In this activity I'm improving my technical knowledge as: NSN hardware, MMS flows, Solaris

and Unix administration and networking management.

Testing Engineer for Ericsson Network Services Italy at H3G Italy

I've worked as consultant for Ericsson Italy in a messaging project (Ericsson MoIP). My main

duties are:

∙ Testing all the functionality of the product in the test lab;

∙ Integration of the product in the production network (checking also the compatibility with all

the systems that are working with the MoIP).

∙ Migration of the data form the previous system to the MoIP.

∙ Testing of the system in the production network and acceptance of the entire system.

In this activity I developed knowledge in Solaris Administration, networking, Telco protocol

(SS7, ISUP and so on) and LDAP.

Service Engineer – Security System

I worked for the Ericsson Ireland Global Services Delivery Centre in the competence area

of Security. My duties in this position were the installation, setup, maintenance and support

of Ericsson Security products and services in the Regulatory Solutions area including Lawful

Interception and Data Retention Solutions. In this role I developed strong knowledge and

experience of important Telecommunications technology such as 2G, 3G and GPRS

networks, Solaris systems administration, database administration, high availability solutions

and system hardening. I worked on projects in many countries all over the world and gained

valuable experience of dealing with customers on an international basis. Each project

involved not only the integration of the solution itself but also meetings with each customer

and the full acceptance and handover of the solution.
